Well, today has been a day. I usually try to keep my newsletters pretty upbeat, but I did want to let you guys all know that my mom is terminally ill and in hospice/end of life care, so I’m behind on everything. Thankfully, writing is my happy little escape, so I have been getting some writing done — and thanks to all of you guys who leave lovely comments and reviews on my serials and stories, it keeps me going. Today has been especially rough, and it hasn’t helped matters that someone left a scathing review on Human Sexuality. It seemed to go out of it’s way to just be mean, and I’m not sure why. But it’s sending me into a bit of a tailspin, so if anyone has read that book and didn’t think it was awful, feel free to drop me a note or say hi on social media and cheer me up. Please? 🥺
